Welcome to OkDoc.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OkDoc mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using OkDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using OkDoc, you confirm that:
– You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction)
– You agree to comply with these Terms, the End User License Agreement (EULA), and the Privacy Policy
2. Description of Service
OkDoc provides the following features:
– File organization using folders and sections
– Search functionality
– Optional sign-in using Google or Facebook
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use OkDoc for lawful purposes only and not upload illegal or copyrighted content without authorization.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
4. Account & Authentication
Account registration is optional but required for certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
OkDoc is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
5. Subscription & Payments
The first three (3) months are free.
After the trial, users may choose a paid version without ads or a free version with ads.
All payments are processed through official app stores.
Users are responsible for data backups.
6. Advertisements
Advertisements may appear in the free version.
OkDoc is not responsible for third-party ad content.
7. Intellectual Property
The OkDoc app, logo, UI, and content are owned by OkDoc.
You may not copy or redistribute the app without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
OkDoc is provided “AS IS”.
We are not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or app interruptions.
9. Termination
OkDoc may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
