This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the OkDoc mobile application can request deletion of their data.

1. Overview

OkDoc is designed with privacy in mind. Most user data, including documents and files, is stored locally on the user’s device. OkDoc does not store user documents on external servers.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

Users may request deletion of the following data:
– Account-related information (such as email address associated with Google or Facebook login)
– App-related usage data, where applicable
Documents and files stored locally on the device can be deleted directly by the user within the application or by uninstalling the app.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of account-related data, users can contact us via email. Please include the email address associated with your account and clearly state your deletion request.

4. Deletion Process

Once a valid deletion request is received, OkDoc will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any data that OkDoc controls will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
