End User License Agreement (EULA) for OkDoc

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and OkDoc, governing your use of the OkDoc mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using OkDoc, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. License Grant

OkDoc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the application strictly in accordance with this Agreement for personal or business use.

2. Ownership

The OkDoc application, including its design, source code, user interface, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by OkDoc.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Permitted Use

You may use OkDoc to store and organize personal or business documents, manage files locally on your device, and access optional authentication features using Google or Facebook.

Users are responsible for data backups.

6. Authentication Services

Third-party login services may be used and are governed by their own policies.

7. Subscription & Monetization

OkDoc offers a 3-month free trial. Afterward, users may choose a paid version without ads or a free version with ads.

All purchases are handled through official app stores.

8. Advertisements

Ads may appear in the free version. OkDoc does not endorse advertised products.

9. Updates & Modifications

OkDoc may update the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

OkDoc may terminate this Agreement if terms are violated.

11. Disclaimer

The application is provided “AS IS”.

12. Limitation of Liability

OkDoc is not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

14. Changes

OkDoc may update this Agreement.
